    REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

    Onsite Support 3 Days Per Week, Pharmaceutical Firm, Collegeville, PA. Provides health and safety support in areas such as respiratory protection, confined space entry, construction safety, hot work, powered industrial trucks, and many other areas. These services are scheduled to be provided for approximately a 6-month period.

    Ongoing Consultation in Health and Safety, Nexans, Inc, New Holland, PA. Provide environmental consultation, training program development and presentation, safety and industrial hygiene audits, compliance audits, onsite EHS management/support, Title V air emission projects, and human resources consultation for workers’ compensation.

    Adjunct Instructor – Occupational Safety and Environmental Health, Millersville University, Millersville, PA. Developed curriculum and instructed courses which include Introduction to Occupational Safety and Health; Industrial Hygiene; Safety Engineering; and Legal Aspects of Safety.

    Lock-out/Tag-out Procedure Plan, Pillsbury, Inc, Allentown, PA Designed site lock-out/tag-out procedures for all process equipment in fulfillment of an outstanding OSHA citation. Procedures included both full and partial de-energizing sequences.

    Safety Manual Development, Stewart & Tate, Inc, York, PA Compiled existing construction safety programs and amended to comply with existing OSHA and PA L&I regulations. Program areas found to be insufficient or lacking were developed and included in the company wide manual.

    Lead Worker Exposure Assessment, Mayer Pollock Steel Company, Pottstown, PA. Conducted multiple industrial hygiene surveys of workers during large aboveground steel storage tank demolitions and prepared site-specific lead control programs for workers and sub-contractors.

    Indoor Air Quality Evaluation of Product Emissions, Armstrong World Industries, Lancaster, PA. IAQ evaluation, in a controlled environment, to determine formaldehyde emissions of selected products for both commercial and residential application. Evaluation data was used for post-production qualification.

    Fire at Stauffers of Kissel Hill Store, Lancaster, PA. Responsible for conducting the post-fire plan for the handling and disposal of hazardous waste created at the site. Materials included pesticides, herbicides, consumer lawn and garden supplies, partially burned containers of paints and solvents, and non-hazardous bulk materials.

    GlaxoSmithKline Research and Development, Philadelphia, PA. Has been involved in developing audit criteria, auditing, and response to the corporate audit for these locations. The response included developing procedures, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance matrices.
