A safety and health executive with 28 years of experience consulting with clients and leading successful teams. Primary technical strength is risk diagnostics.  Lead the development of the “Gap” suite of diagnostic tools for Marsh Risk Consulting.  Has personally conducted risk diagnostics on a wide variety of organizations in a wide variety of industries.  Has additional expertise in organizational and cultural assessments – assisting companies to strengthen their safety and health programs in relation to the organizational culture.

As the leader of Workforce Strategies at Marsh, I was responsible for the coordination and delivery of client solutions in the following areas of human and system performance:  Workers’ Compensation (WC) Diagnostics, Disability Management, Medical Care Management, WC Claims, Safety and Health, Behavioral Management, Ergonomics, and Risk Information Management.   I personally consulted and lead business development efforts with senior executives of Fortune 1000 companies.  My responsibilities also included accountability for the development of workers’ compensation solutions for clients to assist in the reduction of workers’ compensation loss, quality control of the tools developed, and marketing and sales of these tools.
